Do you recognize this?

Spreadsheet planning

Planning depends on spreadsheets and manual coordination.

Duplicate data entry

Employees enter the same information more than once.

Office-field disconnect

Office and field staff work with disconnected information.

Manual follow-up

Complaints, documents, hours, and status updates require manual follow-up.

Slow reporting

Reports take too long to prepare.

Processes that no longer scale

Growth has made workflows harder to manage, and important ones depend on the knowledge of individual employees.

The objective is not to replace every system. It is to identify the smallest improvements that remove the most operational friction.

What is included

One fixed price, four stages. Everything below is part of the scan.

Discover

  • 90-minute process-discovery session
  • Up to three stakeholder conversations

Analyse

  • Review of one operational workflow
  • Clear overview of the current process
  • Identification of the main bottlenecks

Prioritize

  • Three improvement or automation opportunities
  • Estimated operational impact

Present

  • 45-minute findings presentation
  • Questions answered in plain language

What you take away

A prioritized improvement roadmap: the smallest changes that remove the most friction, with the estimated operational impact of each.

At the end of the scan, you will have clarity on:

  • where the process loses the most time
  • which manual steps create the greatest risk
  • which improvements can be made without replacing everything
  • where systems should exchange information automatically
  • which opportunity should be addressed first
  • what a practical next implementation could involve

Frequently asked questions

Practical questions, straight answers. Anything else, ask during the introduction call.

Which process should we select?
Pick the process where manual coordination hurts the most: planning, work orders, invoicing preparation, complaint handling, or reporting are common choices. If you are unsure, we choose together during the introduction call.
Do you need access to all our systems?
No. Walkthroughs with the people who run the process, plus example documents and reports, are usually enough. Direct system access is only needed where we agree it helps.
Will you recommend replacing our current software?
Only if the evidence clearly justifies it. The starting point is the smallest set of improvements that removes the most friction, which usually means better use and better connection of what you already have.
Can you implement the improvements?
Yes. Implementation can follow as a separate agreement. There is no obligation: the roadmap is written so your own team or software partner can execute it.
Can the scan include employees working in the field?
Yes. The stakeholder conversations can include field staff, drivers, or engineers, and the scan explicitly looks at how information flows between the office and the field.
Can the scan be delivered in Dutch?
Yes. The sessions, the report, and the findings presentation can be delivered in Dutch or English, whichever your team prefers.
When does the five-business-day delivery period begin?
After the discovery session has taken place and the agreed information and access have been received. From that moment, the report and findings presentation are delivered within five business days.

Plan a 30-minute introduction

A short 30-minute call to check whether this assessment fits your situation. No pitch, no obligation. If a different approach would serve you better, I will say so.
