What data I collect

When you visit this site: paulius.nl uses Plausible Analytics, a privacy-friendly analytics service, to count page visits and button clicks in aggregate. Plausible does not use cookies and does not store personal data or IP addresses in a way that can identify you. No tracking cookies or advertising pixels are used.

When you book a call: the scheduling form is provided by Calendly. The Calendly widget loads only after you click the booking button. Data you submit to Calendly (name, email, optional notes) is processed by Calendly according to their privacy policy at calendly.com/privacy. I receive the booking details to attend the meeting. I store this information only as long as reasonably needed for the engagement.

When you use the chat: conversations with the intake chat are stored and analysed to improve the service. If you provide your email address, it is used only to send you the written read and to follow up. Chat data is kept for 30 days.

When you email me: your email address and the content of your message are stored in my email system (Google Workspace) for the purpose of responding and, where relevant, delivering services.

What I do with your data

I use your contact information only to respond to you, deliver services I have been engaged to deliver, and issue invoices where applicable. I do not share your data with third parties except where legally required, or where necessary to deliver the service (for example, accounting software for invoicing).

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data. Email hello@paulius.nl with any such request and I will respond within 30 days.
