Do you recognize this?

Repetitive email handling

Employees repeatedly process similar emails.

Manual re-entry

Information is copied manually between systems.

Recurring documents

Reports and quotations require repeated preparation.

Manual checking

Documents need to be classified, checked, or summarized manually.

Fragile follow-up

Administrative follow-up depends on individual employees.

No clear starting point

The company wants to use AI, but the business value of the many ideas is unclear and nobody knows where to begin.

The purpose is not to add AI everywhere. It is to identify where automation can deliver practical and responsible business value.

What is included

One fixed price, four stages. Everything below is part of the scan.

Discover

  • 90-minute discovery session
  • Review of one department or primary business process
  • Up to two stakeholder conversations

Analyse

  • Identification of three AI or automation opportunities
  • Estimated time-saving potential

Prioritize

  • Recommended implementation approach

Present

  • 45-minute findings presentation
  • Questions answered in plain language

What you take away

A prioritized action plan: three opportunities ranked by value, feasibility, and risk, each with a recommended implementation approach.

At the end of the scan, you will have clarity on:

  • which process should be automated first
  • where AI adds value and where deterministic automation is safer
  • what information and integrations are required
  • the main risks and limitations
  • which opportunity is easiest to validate
  • what a first implementation could look like

How it works

  1. Introduction

A 30-minute call to check fit, choose the department or process, and confirm what information is needed.

  2. Process discovery

A 90-minute session to walk through the daily work: where time goes, which steps repeat, and where things get stuck.

  3. Opportunity assessment

I evaluate the candidate opportunities on time-saving potential, feasibility, and risk, and select the three most valuable.

  4. Prioritized plan

You receive the report with a recommended approach per opportunity and a prioritized action plan, followed by a 45-minute findings presentation.

Frequently asked questions

Practical questions, straight answers. Anything else, ask during the introduction call.

Do we need to know which AI tool we want?
No. The scan is tool-independent. Identifying which type of solution fits each opportunity, and whether it needs AI at all, is part of the work.
Does every recommendation use generative AI?
No. Where a deterministic workflow or a simple integration is more reliable and cheaper, that is what I recommend. AI is proposed only where it genuinely adds value.
Will you access confidential information?
Only what we agree on during the introduction. The scan usually works with process walkthroughs, example documents, and anonymized samples. An NDA can be signed before anything is shared.
Can you implement the recommendations?
Yes. A first implementation or pilot can follow as a separate agreement. There is no obligation: the plan is written so your own team or partner can execute it.
Are software licences included?
No. The scan delivers analysis and a prioritized plan. Any licences for tools or platforms you decide to adopt are purchased separately by you.
Can the scan be delivered in Dutch?
Yes. The sessions, the report, and the findings presentation can be delivered in Dutch or English, whichever your team prefers.
When does the five-business-day delivery period begin?
After the discovery session has taken place and the agreed information and access have been received. From that moment, the report and findings presentation are delivered within five business days.

Plan a 30-minute introduction

A short 30-minute call to check whether this assessment fits your situation. No pitch, no obligation. If a different approach would serve you better, I will say so.
